We source our ingredients locally from Australian suppliers and insist on only the best.

Should you or your companion, for whatever reason, not be completely satisfied with your purchase simple complete these steps to obtain either;

  1. A replacement bag 
  2. A full refund of your purchase amount 

To ensure a refund or replacement you must;

A. Return the unused portion of food, a minimum of 50% is required, to the retailer from which you purchased it.  
B. Return the food in its original packaging.
C. Return the food with your proof of purchase/receipt.
D. Return the food within 21 days from purchase.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I’ve tried your food, however my dog just won’t eat it?

This is very rare, as our foods are packed full of meat dogs love, however we understand that all dogs are different and some may not enjoy our foods. If you’ve given it a good go, follow the steps above and return the remaining food, in its original packaging with the receipt to the retailer of purchase within 21 days for a full refund. Or why not try swapping for another flavour? 

I purchased your product through an online store, what do I do?

To receive a refund on your purchase the product needs to be returned to the retailer of purchase, you should contact your online retailer of purchase for their return address.

I bought our food online and it arrive damaged, what can I do?

You should contact the retailer from which you purchased the product to discuss their process. Ivory Coat cannot replace or refund bags damaged in transit sold at online stores.

I don’t want to return my food to the retailer, what do I do?

Ivory Coat does not issue refunds direct to consumers, product must be returned to the store of purchase.

I lost my receipt, what do I do?

If you have lost your receipt, contact your retailer direct, in many cases they will be able to reprint a copy for you. We do not provide refunds direct to consumers, you must return the product to the retailer of purchase.

I no longer have the original packaging, what can I do?

In order for a retailer to effect a refund for you the product must be returned to the retailer of purchase, in order to do this, you will need the original packaging.

My bag is torn or won’t close, what can I do?

If the bag has torn the best thing to do is to tape the tear up and then place the bag with food still in it into a airtight container, preferably tin (Plastic containers are porous and retain bacteria so keeping the food in the original packaging and placing this into the storage bin will again maintain freshness).

Our packaging is designed to best keep the food, utilising this is the best way to ensure the longevity of the product.

I’ve spoken with the retailer and they have given me different information on a returns policy, what do I do?

All retailers will have their own policy on return of products to their stores. Ivory Coat however has an agreement with all our retailers to accept returns that meet our product guarantee.
