If you’re looking for a balanced, nutritious meal for your dog, our chilled puppy and dog foods from the pet food fridge are a delicious option. They are made with quality Australian meat and filled with goodness for your four-legged friend.

Like all food products, our foods are sensitive to moisture and changes in temperature, so they will need to be stored in the fridge or freezer. Follow these guidelines to ensure the food remains in optimal condition:

  • We recommend storing our chilled rolls in the fridge at 4°C. The food can be stored this way to the end of its shelf life, but if it is too large for your dog to consume within 5 days of opening, they can also be frozen.
  • When storing the chilled rolls frozen, we suggest dividing them into meal sized portions and freezing these portions individually.
  • Thawing the roll portions is best done in the fridge. Once they have been thawed, we do not recommend you re-freeze the roll. You may also notice that after thawing, the roll portions may appear a little soggy.
  • We do not recommend feeding your dog the rolls once the best before date has passed, even if the roll has been stored frozen.
